DCCC is a licensed child care center in Elkton, MD (Cecil County).  The DCCC Team has over 20 years of caring for children, and providing early childhood learning and development. We provide an enriching atmosphere that enables the child (little scholars) to develop socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. We offer a learning environment that provides developmentally appropriate experiences designed to stimulate these areas of growth.  Mrs. Vicki and her husband, DrB! have 3 adult children and an 15-year old son and a 13-year old granddaughter.  She has been the Administrative Director for Destiny Calling Academy (a private Christian school in Delaware) since its inception, where her husband, DrB!, is the Chancellor and Co-Principal, as well as Co-Owner with her for DCCC. Mrs. Vicki loves working with children because No. 1, they are special and represent hope and the future. Working with children is a great opportunity to be of service to one's community. Not only is the child better for it, but DCCC is better for it. Also, to give Parents that amazing peace of mind knowing that their children are well cared for in their absence.
