Children learn by being engaged and playing.

Infants: 3 months – 17 months

Not to worry! Your infant will receive exceptional care at DCCC. We design individualized schedules to accommodate our infants' individual needs by partnering with our parents to ensure a smooth transitioning for both infants and parents. Our parents fill out a questionnaire to help us get acquainted with our infants to be prepared and ready to meet their needs. At DCCC, we will care for, love, nurture, and protect each infants, as well as provide intentional activities and support to meet our infants' developmental milestones.
Toddlers: 18 months – 35 months

Toddlers are on the move and full of energy! Ready to take on anything and everything! Toddlers are exploring their independence as well as their curiosity about their surroundings. We encourage our toddlers to explore their environment, which creates a sense of independence and confidence. We build on our little scholar's sense of inquiry by providing nurturing engagement that promotes their primary skills' positive development. At DCCC, we work with each Little Scholar at their own pace while providing constant encouragement, inspiration, and a safe space. We continuously develop personal and social skills, language, cognitive and physical skills, and master our little scholar's emerging developmental milestones.

Preschoolers: 36 months – 5 years old

Preparation time! Not only do our Preschoolers develop skills vital to success in Kindergarten. We encourage our Preschoolers to use their creativity, imagination, and sense of exploration to build language and literacy skills. At DCCC, we help our little scholars develop critical thinking skills, and build their self-confidence. We foster an environment of self-respect and respect for others. Working with each Little Scholar at their own pace with encouragement and inspiration is essential to DCCC's overall mission of educating the whole person and promoting a Spirit of Excellence (SoE).
